Killer Movie

I have actually been wanting to review this movie for a while but never had the time to sit down and sumarize why I like it so much. It's actually just a typical Ashton Kutcher fluffy action/comedy film lacking any great values or motivational topics (other then love?). I can't give a stirring speach on why you should see it.

But the reason I actuallly put this on my favorite films list is because never in my entire engaged life have I EVER seen a movie couple who resembles Matthew and I to a near T. Like, seriously, they do. We loved their wardrobe choices, we act like them, they argue like us, we can get sarcastic like they did...the only thing is Matt knows more about guns and bulistics then Ashton Kutcher ever could...and I probably wouldn't freak out like she did if there was a gun in my hand.

So that is my only reasoning on why this has made it to my favorite movies list. We both agreed that when you're watching this movie, it's almost like stepping into our life for two hours. With that said, here is a brief synopsis on what the film is about.

A vacationing woman meets her ideal man, leading to a swift marriage. The first twenty minutes of introducing the characters also incorporates the couple's quick romance and engagement with. Fast-forward three years later and said couple are married and living the ideal suburbean life. Everything is nearly picture-perfect...until she discovers her husband is actually an ex. spy/government agent with a bounty on his head. The remaining hour and a half is FILLED with running, punching, flipping, kicking, dodging bullets all the while maintaing humor in arguments (with 2-3 some-what surprise twists throughout) as, obviously, love and marriage prevail in the end.

There is some cursing (Including the F-bomb dropped once), lots of inuendos (and multiple refrences to porn) and violence. To my joy and relief, though, there are NO SEX SCENES in this movie. I was grateful for that because it's something that makes me feel pretty edgy and awkward.

This is a cute, little fluffy movie but serves its purpose of holding your attention all the way to the end, wondering who the heck will come around the corner to kill Kutcher next (as a side-note, I got a kick out of Matthew pointing out every single gun, its caliber and flawed bulistics throughout the film too).

So yes, I really have seen this movie over three times and still enjoy it. :) I recomend it if you can deal with the sensual talk, cussing and violence. For a more in-depth, Christianese review, you can go to plugged in's website.
